hello again everyone and welcome back to the underground this is the briefing for wednesday the 15th of september 2021 and it is being recorded on the 14th of september at 1700 eastern daylight time so let's jump right into it with the weather weather over the next 12 hours is not going to be super great for any kind of visual surveillance there's going to be a lot of high level turbulence as well as low cloud ceiling so the lower the cloud ceilings are the harder it is for visual assets to actually get below those clouds so for most of the american southeast there's going to be those really low cloud levels as well as patchy spots over the west coast and cloud cover over the next 18 hours is not going to be that much clearer it's going to remain a pretty good cloud cover for most of the gulf states as well as the northeast and off the west coast as usual this time of year and moving into no tams uh really there are only two of note the first one there is probably going to expire by the time this video gets out biden is spending the day in denver to talk about climate change and move and shake in that arena and there's also a spacex launch down at cape canaveral sometime on the 15th they're not quite sure due to weather so there are about a dozen different no tams that are lined up for different slots and different uh different time frames just in case so as we all know these space launches tend to have a window of time rather than a specific time so they've got pretty much the whole day blocked off moving into the civil unrest forecast really we're just kind of waiting to see what a lot of this resistance is going to look like from the medical mandates that the white house has sent down so just keeping the whole country yellow uh just uh just to make sure that we've got all the bases covered it's better to be over cautious than under at this stage but we'll talk more about that in a minute really the other one i wanted to call attention to is washington d.c for september 18th september 18th is the justice for j6 protest demonstration looks like this would be a great time for the federal government to how should i say commit some more crimes because they have decided that they need the capital fencing back so the the fencing is back up with the u.s capitals i'll mention here in a minute again um but yeah that would be a uh a great time for for one of those uh subversive acts so but yeah washington dc on september 18th is probably going to be the most heavily surveilled city in the entire world um just like pretty much always but especially more so on that day then moving into logistics so really the first one to mention is the microchip shortage so this is not just affecting vehicles but uh smartphones as well uh however when it comes to the auto manufacturing specifically there are lots of affected states the states that seem like they're getting hit the hardest with their factories getting shut down or kansas missouri kentucky illinois michigan tennessee and indiana those are the states which seem to be like they have the most plants either shut down or the most workers laid off from the chip shortage also there is a paper shortage or really a global paper shortage but particularly here in the united states due to shipping prices from asia so we're seeing reports from a lot of a lot of individual buyers and sellers in the in the paper industry saying that shipments from china have tripled uh just over the past few months alone so that combined with paper mills that have been cutting production for years due to paperless efforts you know that we still need paper right for a lot of things so when the supply drops but the demand stays the same we have a pretty severe shortage and that's exactly what's happening so a lot of book manufacturers and bookstores around the country are are putting out the warning to say hey if you're looking for a specific book for the holiday season to gift to someone make sure that you buy it now because they're looking at a six to eight week backlog on the manufacturing of books so paper uh books so something to keep in mind as we move forward into the winter and also we are seeing a lot of states declaring a school bus driver shortage now a lot of states are are are having varying levels of shortages but most of the states that are that are hit the hardest are new jersey minnesota pennsylvania texas virginia florida and massachusetts massachusetts actually has activated 90 national guard soldiers to drive school buses and this number will increase to 250 as needed but uh the specific areas in massachusetts that are going to have national guard soldiers driving school buses are chelsea lawrence lowell and lynn those four areas have been designated to to drive uh be driven by national guard soldiers now on social media a lot of parents are having some reservations about their children being driven to school by soldiers at this stage i personally would completely understand that even though there's really nothing nefarious about this that that we can find here this really this this frustration from the parents that we're seeing really highlights that even though the overwhelming majority of national guard deployments are humanitarian in nature people still haven't forgotten about the whole inauguration scandal that that event succeeded in changing the relationship between american citizens and the military to some degree in other words the soldiers deployed to the capitol for the inauguration a lot of citizens viewed them as an adversary more than a friend right so now the chickens are coming home to roost on that and it's going to be hard to get that trust back specifically within the national guard even for states that didn't deploy any troops to the to the capitol for that it's going to it's going to be a burden for for a lot of commands to get that you know community relationship back so this event just goes to show that the you know second order effects from the inauguration fiasco are still very much a factor for daily life here in the u.s and just so that everyone's aware the soldiers are not really going to be driving school buses these are the vehicles they're going to be driving so this i pulled from the from one of the county's websites so this is what the vehicles that the troops are going to be driving as far as i can tell they're not going to actually be driving the big classic yellow school buses they're going to be driving these kind of overflow vehicles so just just something to be aware of i just wanted to put that out there for everyone who might be curious moving into critical infrastructure concerns really uh the one event that i wanted to highlight today is kind of a mystery i don't have a whole lot of information on this i have not gone down this rabbit hole to investigate fully but i did want to talk about it because it's just the strangest thing i've seen all week and this is the story that has come out in a lot of mainstream media referring to the mysterious actions regarding the department of defense and internet ip addresses so on trump's last day in office 175 million ip addresses that were owned and sort of operated by the department of defense were transferred to a private company by the trump administration on his last day in office and almost immediately after that almost immediately after biden took back over they were taken back by the dod so these 175 million different ipv4 ip addresses that's about six percent of the entire internet right of all of the addresses on the internet that's about six percent of them so i personally don't really know what to make of this just yet uh well even first of all why the dod has that many iap addresses uh just gut instinct says that they're probably they probably own that many due to having a lot of space required for the ciphernet nippernet and jwix and things like that and you know nsa net stuff like that so there's a lot of internet traffic that exists there i don't know why they need that many ip addresses though but and why they would make this transfer mysteriously just kind of quietly and then transfer it right back there's also the consideration that maybe these ip addresses are used for things like pin testing or deliberate vulnerabilities to allow you know hackers from other countries to come in and then they can exploit weaknesses and things like that i don't really know i'm not a cyber nerd so i'd have to dig into this a lot more and get smart on it for you guys but i just wanted to point it out as something that anybody out there can can research further because it was kind of buried in the in the sources that i normally check so there you go on that so moving into significant governmental actions uh first one here is it looks like we might have been quite correct in our thinking that airline travel might be banned because currently fauci is going um he's making the rounds on all the media stations talking about how he wants to ban domestic air travel for the unclean the the unjabbed right so we'll i guess we'll see how it shakes out but uh yeah i would expect that to to come into a full-blown plan uh very soon here moving on to number two there was a declassified document dropped by the fbi this was it's only a 16-page document or 17 pages if you count the classification that talk about the saudi involvement in the 911 hijackings so this is something that's interesting i'm not sure i'm not quite sure why they released it because it it looks really bad for the federal regime and it just gets people all up in arms around the anniversary of september 11th but you can read the full document the source will be either below or on the slides that we upload to odyssey but yeah it more or less confirms that there was a lot of involvement between official saudi officials here in the united states and a few of the hijackers so yeah it just confirms kind of like what we already knew that saudi arabia was was highly involved in the process now i say that i put confirm there in air quotes because this is a government document and it's sort of like when all those ufo things started coming out a while back uh trust in government is at an all-time low right so even you've got the people that have been saying you know the government's covering up ufos for you know the past 50 years and then suddenly the government tries to hint that ufos are real and those same people are like i don't trust the government like why are they they're lying about ufos being real so it's kind of like one of those things so i don't really know what to believe anymore when it comes to government documents being released but this one has been released so i guess it's something to go off of and something for further investigation i guess also like i mentioned moving on to the capital the fencing is going back up i don't know if it's going to be going back up in its full entirety i have not been able to uh check out the entire perimeter of the fence but yeah i would guess it's probably going to come back in force we're almost certainly going to see national guard deployments as well and this is in preparation again for that uh um january 6 protest uh to to free the political prisoners so so we'll see how that goes my guess is it's probably going to result in a lot of clandestine operations on the part of the federal government so i guess we'll see though moving on to number four the irs is well they're they're trying to get a line added to the budget for this year that would allow them to track and document and surveil your purchases of anything over six hundred dollars now they're trying to to lower this limit because previously anything that any transaction over ten thousand dollars flagged like the terrorism systems and and allowed them to conduct surveillance and stuff on you well now they're trying to drop it down to 600 600 so that's uh a huge problem uh however i personally am not convinced that the irs tracking what you spend money on is probably one of the least amounts of your worries when it comes to federal surveillance because everyone else is tracking is is tracking you or trying to at least i mean geez the freaking mail service uh has a has a social media monitoring branch that that we discovered a few months ago so man you know it's just federal surveillance is pervasive as ever and finally and most interestingly i guess is a new book by bob woodward i know one of the world's worst sources for pretty much anything and a confirmed liar he's written a new book called peril and in that book it's it's making the rounds in the media at least conservative media in the book his interviews with different people seem to you know in heavy air quotes confirm that uh general milley uh did in fact conspire to withhold information from president trump and he directly ordered his his staff and his subordinates to not take any orders from trump yeah it also alleges that millie secretly called his chinese counterpart to conspire against trump and prevent any kind of military action against china in the event that china decided to to do something so i know talking about it as casually as this seems a little bit cavalier but i don't want to put too strong of an emphasis on it i mean we did a podcast what like the day after or two days after the uh january 6 incident which we're calling it like yeah this was a coup like there's i mean this is exactly what had happened the the vice president and chairman of the joint chiefs of staff general milley confirmed that they withheld information from the commander-in-chief so what else is that if not a military coup so as far as i know on january 6 president trump was still president he wasn't the change of power did not occur the nuclear football was not moved until january 20th but apparently according to bob woodward's new book it was the authorization to you know launch strategic assets in defense of this country might not have resided with anyone but general milley uh post january 6. so again this is just some guy's book some guy that is a confirmed liar however the only reason i'm talking about this is because they are promoting it as it was a good thing sort of like that time magazine article that that uh you know time magazine spent this it spent the entire like six month period uh after the election uh talking about how ah there was no fraud there was no fraud there was no fraud and then they came up with an article that says yeah there was fraud not only was there fraud but it was a good thing and here's how we did it you know the whole oj simpson approach to things so it appears like general milly might be if this was an interview with him i i haven't personally read the book yet probably won't honestly because i hesitate to spend any money on bob woodward's work but yeah something to keep in mind something to to to kind of keep in the back of your mind as we move forward that yeah this might have been a lot more illegitimate than we already know it was so yeah a lot of significant governmental actions this week but moving forward into a kind of a new tracker slide i created this slide and a couple of others here to sort of map out where the resistance is occurring so this is a simple chart comprised from many sources that talk about mask mandates for children in k-12 public schools uh so this is going to be a kind of a very loose graphic it's not it's not hard and fast because if there is a a lot of this is district by district so if there is a mass mandate for any school district in the state we're coloring the whole state red because it's easier to do it that way and usually it's highly dependent again on each school district but the states that are red usually have their mandates in their largest school districts so like for instance california their most strict mandates are in the los angeles area and that's you know the bulk of the population right there so but yeah this data is taken by painstakingly researching each state which in today's world of fake news and you know mandates that come and go by the hour is is not exactly easy so please forgive us if by the time this video gets uploaded there's going to be a change and so a similar thing going on with this slide this is actually for the jab itself for the shot itself and this depicts a lot of different things so a lot of states mandate the shot for teachers and staff but not for kids so this is just for kids right which states are banning mandates for children so this is really hard to depict because again it varies by each school district and some school districts have it by age so like in california it's by age if your kid is over a certain age it's mandated uh in a specific school district like los angeles also some states have it for the teachers i don't depict the teachers on this slide because for instance new york specifically newark city has the strongest mandate for teachers and staff 100 percent no fans or buts mandated for teachers and staff but not for kids yet so hard to mandate i really i just wanted to show this in conjunction with age of consent laws because this is becoming rapidly a huge thing so a lot of states have very unique age of consent laws when it comes to medical practices for instance alabama oregon washington idaho south carolina pennsylvania within pennsylvania specifically just philadelphia rhode island and tennessee they have laws for minors under certain ages they have like usually like 14 to 16 a kid can make their decision to get a shot without their parents consent i should also i should mention that south carolina is has introduced a bill to change this law so they're going the other way they're changing it so that kids can't consent to jack but it's still working their way its way through their congress and then the two areas in the united states which are the worst for this is north carolina and washington dc in north carolina a child as young as 12 can consent to getting a shot and in washington dc it's 11. so these are the states to look out for if you are concerned about your child being experimented on without your consent we're constantly seeing a lot of school districts trying to pressure children and we just have this like sneaking suspicion in the back of our minds here that some parents are gonna are gonna have their kids come home from school you know with a sore arm one day and they had no they did not consent to anything so just wanted to kind of highlight that for any parents out there uh that that are concerned about this kind of stuff and then also this factors in to the really the medical resistance tracker that we've kind of got created sorry this is kind of an ugly slide but we're trying to map out areas of strongest resistance to like weakest resistance so the states that are are fighting back against biden's mandates or the white house's mandates uh this the strongest are by far florida florida has actually the governor of florida has actually uh implemented a an executive order that states that companies private companies will be fined by the state of florida for complying with biden uh and they also have an executive order through the you know state of florida to ban you know mandates and stuff like that same thing in texas texas is not as stringent on this uh the you know texas governor greg abbott is not as fiery on this as ron desantis is so he greg abbott's got a lot of opposition in his state because he's got a lot of liberal presence and he's he's listening to a lot of literal liberal people on this who want the white house's mandates to come to uh come to fruition in texas also arkansas has actually taken direct uh direct action to ban uh mandates for state employees and stuff like that a lot of states have done this but it's kind of wishy-washy it's really unclear as to if do they have a a mandate or not do they have a ban on mandates or not and it varies on the the language of each state is different so quite literally every state is different it's really hard to track montana also they they banned uh the mandates a long time ago when they were banning passports the medical passport type stuff so moving down the moving down the chart the states in yellow have expressed verbally either on twitter or social media or through press statements that they will not be complying and then they will be launching lawsuits against the federal regime for these mandates but i left they're a little bit less because they haven't taken any executive orders to do anything and they don't have or they don't have something on the books already moving further down the list we've got north dakota and idaho which is more like a more of a hesitant resistance so idaho vetoed the banning of mask mandates a while back so idaho's really in a soft soft resistance same thing with north dakota they did the same thing so or something similar so north dakota idaho is one of those they could go either way they might not fight it in court but they might not go by it's really hard to say what's going to happen in those states when it comes to their state leadership at least and then finally we have the states that will at that have expressed either verbally or taken measures to already comply uh with those federal mandates and all the other states we don't have any data for or they're just it's just in wait and see mode to see what people say because these mandates just came down and we really don't know what they look like yet it's really just like the hey the mandates are coming and then everybody uh freaked out rightfully so so yeah like i mentioned this is not a perfect chart it's most likely going to change probably even before this uh before this goes goes out i just wanted to offer it as kind of a starting point for moving forward when tracking this kind of stuff because we're trying to identify it looks like as much as we had hoped the geographic boundaries had would not be a point of solidification it looks like they might so the it looks like we might have uh laws in different states as we already kind of do that uh make these states so different like work those some states are closer to foreign countries than they are to each other so it's going to be very important to keep an eye on which states are the most resistant at least when it comes to their laws now when it comes to the people in those states that can that can vary a lot and we can definitely create a separate chart for that but for right now we just wanted to to point out the actual tactile laws slash executive orders on the books that are leading the resistance forward and then finally moving into international issues so the biggest one for today is the united kingdom is facing some serious brexit woes uh for instance they actually are going to be dumping raw or partially treated sewage into these rivers so this graphic depicts all of the the rivers that uh sewage is going to be dumped into because they have a shortage of uh treating chemicals so just like here in the us we have a chlorine shortage they've got a similar situation going on in the uk due to the brexit sort of trade policies that are causing shortages of pretty much everything in the country they've got food shortages in some areas but not in others they've got trucking shortages pretty much nationwide but at least in england really not a whole lot going on on social media when it comes to stuff like this is really just somebody complaining that they didn't have a specific product on this on a store shelf so it's really hard to gauge where the shortages are at uh but yeah they're they're going through some things over there uh also moving to africa south sudan has uh actually has a uh there's a cash shortage and what i mean a cash shortage i mean the united nations world food program uh they're short their budget is short 154 million dollars for south sudan which means that the world health the world sorry the world food program is not going to be sending south sudan any food for the rest of the year so that's not good we're talking hundreds of millions of people have been displaced or affected by the the war and the famine down there so uh why do we care about this well uh because africa is kind of ripe for extremism right now there's a lot of insurgent groups and terrorist groups that have taken root in africa from the sahel all the way down to the south of africa there's a lot of bad stuff going on in africa and it's something to keep an eye on because these groups tend to get traction there and move elsewhere moving on to iran so the iranians they're at it again they have uh increased tensions by uh not allowing the international atomic energy agency uh their their inspectors have been denied entry uh to a few different uh reactor sites for actually a few months now and basically iran is overtly breaking sanctions again they do this about like once a year or once every two years they've been doing this forever so this in conjunction with a lot of sort of mainstream media reporting that the headline that's been going around in all the press is that iran is producing enough uranium to be able to make an atomic weapon within 30 days yeah i don't know about that i think that it's a gross understatement honestly i think that iran has many analysts think that iran has had enough nuclear material to make a fissionable device for a while now and they have the scientists to do it you know courtesy of us universities so yeah it really depends on if iran is willing to tempt the wrath of the west or israel for that matter as to if they want to openly develop a working nuclear weapon my guess is that they're probably going to get bombed again israel has bombed uh iranian sites consistently for months now so my guess is since this this headlines going around in the news the the jets are already in the air but i guess we'll find out what blows up in the next few days mysteriously explodes right yeah with with us you know foreign policy being you know beyond hands off right now is actually being actively harmful it would be a great time for iran to make their move and moving to china china's got some interesting stuff that's happened over the past few well really months but i'll consolidate it just to the past couple of weeks so they have made significant moves to change their culture they have recently the chinese communist party has recently decreed uh a restriction on video games so anyone under the age of 18 can only play video games in china for three hours a week also back in may the ccp deleted over 2 million online posts for quote historical nihilism which was basically clearing the slate and cleaning up their online presence in their run up to the ccp centennial celebrations back in july they've also banned quote effeminate depictions of men in tv shows and other media and i think perhaps most interestingly uh chinese the chinese actress uh xiaowei was is basically been erased from existence uh this is one thing that the communist societies around the planet have done uh perfectly over the years this is a classic stalin tactic to erase uh people from existence uh but this actress she is one of the most popular actresses in all of chinese media she's like their main actress for films and media and stuff like that and over the years she's created a billion dollar media conglomerate which turned out to be her downfall actually because another actor a much less known actor one of the clients of the public relations agency that she owned posed for a picture at a japanese war memorial when they were on a trip to japan so big deal for china because in case you didn't know the centuries-old rivalry between japan and china is one of the most significant and like serious in the world today one would be hard-pressed to find two cultures that despise each other more than the chinese and the japanese uh it's just there's been a lot of conflict over the years going all the way back to way before world war one so yeah it's kind of a long-standing rivalry there so since this photo was not tolerated by the ccp uh wei has been deleted from existence all of her movies and tv shows are gone they just deleted them from you know china's internet they even deleted her name from the credits of her work so if you're going to look up the movie she was in like they deleted her name from all that so you can't even find out what she was in since then she has been spotted in france which has kind of fueled rumors that she has fled the country but she herself has denied this at least on social media but knowing the ccp's international reach she's definitely having to lay low for a while all of this is interesting because it further indicates that china is certainly consolidating their power of their culture one might argue that china is looking at the weakness of western culture and making moves to avoid what's happened here in the u.s but i don't know how strong of an argument that is chinese leadership clearly is preparing for war and maybe their own domestic cultural problems are enough for them to make drastic changes you know independent of what the us is doing so i don't know i thought it was kind of interesting that china is definitely uh making moves to seemingly avoid the problems of the west but i don't know again i don't know if those two are related also in the same hemisphere north korea launched recently launched a long-range cruise missile uh this is a new missile here it is uh this has a 1500 kilometer range which is about 930 miles it took an hour and a half to fly that distance so yeah there it is or at least these are the photos that were released by the north koreans so you never really know if it's the real one or not but it's interesting that it seems as though they are continuing with the development of their super large missile system as they have changed the configuration to hold five missiles instead of the four missiles it was originally photographed with so that's kind of interesting i've also seen photos of this particular missile launcher with only two uh missile pods on it which is kind of interesting missile tests for north korea are usually a way of maintaining legitimacy in the international arena and sort of letting the world know they're still here and relevant and pretty much everyone could have expected the north koreans to exploit any international instability or really any weakness in the west to further compound their own projections of power like take advantage of while the us is sleeping or dealing with our own stuff uh they launch a missile and and suddenly they're back on everyone's radar when the u.s is kind of kind of down in the international community so very interesting stuff for sure that's pretty much all i've got for today thanks again for watching here are our sources for the Hello again everyone and welcome back to the underground. This is the intel update for February 7th to the 14th of 2026. It's been kind of a quiet week by comparison, I guess. Only a few major terror attacks to be aware of, so basically everything is fairly standard for this week. But anyway, we've got a lot to talk about, so let's get right to it. Around the world this week, things have been pretty busy on multiple fronts, but nothing entirely new. Here in the homeland, the civil unrest that flared up in Minneapolis and other major cities has simmered down for a couple of weeks now, although some cities have been host to an increased baseline of violence. Overseas, several investigations have been initiated in conjunction with the Epstein document releases, and civil unrest appears to be popping off in some major cities in France due to recent clashes between protesters and activist groups. In the UK, stabbing attacks continue as before with about three or four stabbings being reported in London more or less every day. Same story in France and Italy, whereby civil unrest and domestic terrorism has bloomed into season a bit earlier this year. As the Olympics are ongoing in Italy, many different terrorist cells have been sabotaging rail lines in a few different cities. And in France, French nationalists are fighting French anarchists in a few major cities after protests have become intense riots over the past few days. Otherwise, in the Middle East, the situation is heating up yet again, and the US is starting to dump military resources into the region once more. Timeline-wise, we're looking at a couple of weeks before any potential happening is on the menu. Unless the Pentagon just wants to bomb a few targets like they did last time and make me look like an idiot, both of which are always likely. Keeping track of airframes and ships is basically a full-time job for a whole team of people, but at a very wave-top level, the US has been observably pumping more resources into the region at a steady pace over the past few weeks. So, overall, a lot of things to keep on the lookout for over the next few weeks. Switching things up a little bit, let's move to Western Europe before we get into the actual homeland for this week's, and and let's talk about some developing incidents that are going on right now throughout France. The spotlight has been on France in the headlines over the past few days due to a couple of different incidents which have recently uh a lot of attention. The first incident is the stabbing attack that took place yesterday at the Arc de Triomphe by which a known and convicted terrorist conducted another police stabbing uh wounding one soldier at the uh flame lighting ceremony for their Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This is a fairly standard ceremony, I think. I'm pretty sure they do it every day at 6:30, but either way they end up, you know, rekindling the flame at their uh Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and there's usually a small crowd or uh either of tourists or people who, you know, want to you want to pay their respects and things like that. And last night an assailant tried to uh stab everybody at this event. So, the attacker has been identified as Brahim Barrir, who was also tried, convicted, and imprisoned for doing the exact same thing in Brussels back in 2012. So, he used to be a pretty high-ranking member of a lot of different extremist cells throughout Paris and was kind of uh a figurehead for a lot of things. Uh maybe not so much a public figurehead, but he was very heavily involved in a lot of extremist uh groups and things like that in Paris over the past, well, decade or so. Back in 2012, he actually traveled from Paris, where he was known to be an extremist, to Brussels specifically to target police officers, which he did. So, he got caught, tried, and convicted for that and at some point he was either let out or just mysteriously appeared back in civil society once again and conducted the stabbing attack again last night. So, not entirely a great look, especially considering the hard times that seem to have fallen upon Paris over the past few years, but down south in France a much more serious situation is underway, which has involved of civil unrest. So, in the town of Lyon, Antifa has gotten quite a bit upset over the past few days after anti-immigration activists in the south of France have started to kind of voice their opinion a little bit more and that's just made uh Antifa quite a bit upset and a lot of these French anarchist groups upset. They have the same same kind of cellular arrangement that we have here in the US when it comes to our far-left extremists. They've got the same thing in France, except their guys are a lot more violent in in case. So, they actually beat a man to death, one of the security guards or uh an activist who was serving as an inner security role for a French feminist movement group was trying to conduct a protest and you know how in the US we have a lot of protest and then counter protest. Well, the same thing in France. So, a few days ago or a couple of days ago, one of the French feminist groups who is more along the lines of stopping violence against women from the immigrants. That's kind of the way these groups are starting to form. One of these groups was mobbed by Antifa and it turns out one of the guys that they had gotten to help protect them, one of those guys got beaten pretty severely and unfortunately he passed away last night. So, as a response to this, the French nationalists have come out and a lot of nationalist groups have come out to oppose Antifa and suffice it to say things are going to get pretty spicy over the next few days. So, we'll be watching this pretty closely simply because there are a lot of parallels between France and the United States and of course, you know, France is Europe, right? It's Western civilization, right? So, they share a lot of the same societal goals that we do even though our cultures are very different, it's still still the same thing. It's all Western Europe and the United States. So, we're all in the same slop bucket together. So, a lot of times we have the same adversaries and same enemies and that is certainly the case in France, the UK, Germany, wherever you want to name it. So, keeping an eye on these things is going to be important over the next few weeks. Similar story throughout Western Europe in terms of the Epstein files. So, while many here in the United States may be lamenting the fact that nobody's really been arrested kind of at all with regards to the names that have come out of the Epstein files in Europe, they actually have been doing something. Now, I think many Europeans, like many Americans, don't exactly have a whole lot of faith in their judicial systems, but at least they've done something. So, Norway has actually launched a criminal investigation and I think they actually dropped criminal charges on a former prime minister of Norway for his association with Epstein, but the the crimes that they're all that trying to prosecute are all corruption based, so they're not like human trafficking based. So, that's kind of how Europe is handling it right now, and so far they've got three major diplomats in Norway, which are implicated and are being investigated. So, at least they can say that they're investigating their guys. Now, they probably won't be arrested or anything, but I don't know. Who knows? Hard to say. There are grumblings and rumors of the same thing, same kinds of investigative processes being undertaken in France and also in Slovakia. Again, hard to say how all this is going to work out, but I wanted to mention it in any way because a lot of people here in the US are saying, you know, nobody's been arrested, nobody's even been questioned or interviewed, whereas in Europe they actually kind of are. So, that's kind of interesting, but again, the bar could not be any lower when it comes to getting some sort of accountability or justice for the whole Epstein thing, but we'll get into that in just a moment. Here in the homeland for this week, the big flare-ups have died down a bit, but the violence has continued as far left activists continue to figure out that terrorism actually works. Ever since ICE pulled out of Minneapolis, or technically reduced their posture there, far left activist groups have perceived this to be a victory, especially since the FBI has basically ignored all the terrorist groups which have been running rampant in Minneapolis for years. So, as of right now, the mood among many far left groups is that of sheer unchallenged victory. They certainly think that they have won by kicking ICE out of their city. Now, is that entirely true? Uh, probably not, but that's up for you to decide. It's certainly complicated. What is very clear is that the inaction of the feds, not just ICE, but say like other law enforcement groups which are in charge of maybe, I don't know, counterterrorism, in many cases this inaction has encouraged far left groups to think that violence, arson, vehicle ramming attacks, and terrorism in general is an acceptable line of effort to achieve their goals. Even though it certainly is not, they certainly think it is. Thus, the middle-aged women who should be picking up their kids from school rather than trying to firebomb empty buildings without even trying to conceal their identity. So, we've got that going for us at least. Otherwise, the situation remains pretty much the same as before nationwide. Locals in Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. have reported that the stench in the air has become palpable and there's also a major sewage leak as well. Almost a month after roughly a billion gallons of raw sewage was dumped into the Potomac, locals have been advised to avoid all contact with the Potomac. Unless you're from Mumbai, then you should be all right. But, for the rest of us, the levels of E. coli are few thousand times the safe limits. And if you've been fishing or boating in the river over the past month, you probably have some kind of giga turbo aids by now, which is interesting because when the spill was first announced, the local water utility claimed that the levels of E. coli were at safe levels. But, it turns out they messed up the decimal point because, of course, they did and it was actually 100 times what they initially reported, which is slightly suboptimal news for anyone living in Northern Virginia or Maryland who has been in or around the river over the past month. And speaking of foul toxins from whence there is no escape, the Epstein files situation continues to grow more and more as investigations start putting pieces together. Right now, it's been pretty hectic as there's a disconnect between the big voices talking about the Epstein files and those little voices actually doing the legwork to look through the Epstein files. An influencer or politician finds one document and shouts about it on the internet only to look like an idiot because they didn't understand the overall context. Yes, Epstein's network did very bad things, but if we actually want to eventually make progress towards stopping the harm, we have to have some sort of structure, which is what I'm working on myself. I'm just warning everybody that over the next few weeks, the headlines are going to flash by in a blur with everyone jumping from one conclusion to the next without any weight added to the outrage. So far, there has been a severe under-reaction on the Epstein case simply because I think a lot of people either can't or don't want to understand the scale of it all. I mean, Epstein was a very bad dude, but I personally don't think he was the worst. I think there's far worse out there. I don't even think his network was the biggest. I think the reason he got rolled up is because a competitor got a hold of it and started to chip away at his own network. So, it would be wise to operate off of the assumption that there are very big and bad fish out there that we have got to do something about. I mean, think about Epstein's network like a big Fortune 500 company, right? I mean, when Enron went under, all the dudes who worked for Enron at the like the middle management and you know, lower levels, they went on to work for other companies, right? So, the same thing happened with Epstein's network. Yeah, you may get the head of the snake. You may get Epstein and Maxwell and a few others at the very top, but the middle managers, the dudes who facilitated all the stuff and the low people on the totem pole, all those people escaped and got away along with all the the big whales and the big fish out there that were the clients. So, we've clearly got our work cut out for us, which is why you might see a lot of hesitancy to prevent the Epstein files from being released. I mean, they're not just trying to cover up past crimes, they're trying to cover up current operations. At least that's my own opinion and right now opinions don't matter a whole lot in a court of law. So, we've got to be able to prove a lot of this stuff with data. Like we all know what was happening with the Epstein network. We all know who was running it. We all know who was behind it. Okay, maybe not all of us, but some of us know. But in terms of actually getting some traction and shutting these networks down, we've got to have a lot more data. We've got to have a lot more to go off of. We have to have an overwhelming burden of evidence here and that's going to take a lot more than just some guy with a comically large microphone on a podcast yapping about it. It is very clear that Epstein did not traffic people to nobody. He trafficked people to somebody. And those somebodies met those kids at a geographic point on Earth. And that, dear friends, I can plot on a map. Knowledge is half the battle and we don't just need to know names, but we also need to know places. Again, knowledge is half the battle and I don't want to be too biased here. I know this is quite self-serving cuz I work on a lot of map stuff, but the reason I do that is because I really do think it helps to visualize where these things are taking place. But anyway, enough about Epstein. More information's going to come in time. The goal right now is to add some method to the madness and not get caught up in the whirlwind of gotcha journalism on this sort of thing. These people aren't going anywhere. They are quite proud and very smug with the fact that they got away with it. They don't really care that their names are in the files, right? Well, we'll see about that in due time, but for now a lot of long nights crunching numbers are ahead, and that's what I'm going to work on at the moment as safely as I can. Moving down to the Southwest for this week, I wanted to briefly touch on what happened in El Paso a few days ago because this was kind of an interesting item of note that came about a few days ago, which has brought about a lot of rumor and speculation regarding what in the Sam Hill actually happened. And here's what we know so far. Just before midnight on February 10th, a series of two airspace closures went into effect in El Paso, one of which was centered on the El Paso Airport and grounded all of the aircraft at the airport for some time. This, of course, freaked a lot of people out because shutting down one of the most heavily trafficked airports in the United States for 10 days is not something that is done lightly or on a whim. The complete lack of notice whatsoever also adds to the seriousness of this event. When the NOTAM dropped, routine flight operations were being carried out, and there were even aircraft on the taxiways preparing to take off with the air traffic control personnel being just as confused as everybody else when the airspace closure went into effect. For about 7 hours or so, rumors were the only things flying during the ground stop, and speculation still abounds regarding what this was all about. After a few hours uh shortly before sunrise, the White House officials stated that this airspace closure was implemented due to cartel drones breaching US airspace and presenting a threat to aircraft in El Paso. But beyond this vague explanation, not much else is known with reasonable certainty. It's certainly possible that this is the truth. However, cartel drones have come over the US border like daily for the past, I don't know, 10 years or so. However, if this was a cartel drone or a swarm of cartel drones trying to smuggle drugs over the border or cause some kind of mayhem at the airport, which is a kind of a long way from the border, but anyway, if that's what it was, then clearly it's something that was different from the nightly drone flights that are usually picked up every single day along the border. So, clearly it was an anomaly of some kind and I very highly doubt we'll ever know what it is. Now, once daylight broke and everybody was trying to figure out what had actually happened that night, another potential theory came out, which I'll I'll mention even though it's completely unsubstantiated rumor, but I'll mention it just in the context of wider situational awareness. So, some politicians and other officials, which have leaked this to the media, they've made the claim that nothing actually happened the other night, but this is actually the result of a personal vendetta by FAA Director Brian Bedford, who was upset that the US military was testing a laser-based directed energy weapon for shooting down drones at Fort Bliss last week and they were doing that without telling the FAA about it. All of this is kind of coming out now. It wasn't really talked about that much in the media when it actually happened, but last week the US Army downed you know, they shot down what they thought was a drone. Turned out to actually be a party balloon from Fort Bliss and when they did it, they didn't actually tell the FAA about it. So, again, this is all rumor, but this would explain what might have happened. The FAA personally intervened to drop a NOTAM on top of El Paso solely to piss everybody off and hold the El Paso airport hostage and thereby drawing attention to his personal gripe about coordinating with the military. Anybody who's ever worked in government knows that this is a possibility. After last week's laser weapon use, the FAA probably made the passive-aggressive decision to drop a blanket NOTAM on El Paso the next time a drone was spotted, which took place a couple of nights ago. So, if this is what happened, it would be the most embarrassing, yet least surprising outcome. But, again, this possibility is solely based on the whispers of journalists and not any real concrete data. So, there are probably many details that are false. Another theory, which has gotten some level of traction on the internet, is especially amongst the, you know, quieter communities out there, is that this was actually not really a drone, but maybe something else. El Paso, specifically, has been ground zero for a lot of new and developing cartel tactics and activity due to Juarez being a major port of entry. And El Paso was at the center of the concerns of smuggled MANPADS 2 years ago, a case which faded into obscurity with nothing more than assurances being made via the telephone game of, "Well, I just heard that got resolved." Which is why a lot of people are theorizing that this was about MANPADS instead of drones. For the record, I don't think this was about MANPADS. I think if it was, the NOTAMs would have been a lot larger, I think. Plus, there are a few other things I would have expected to have seen. I know a lot of people are bringing up this MANPAD theory because the format of the NOTAM made many people think, myself included, that the NOTAM was trigger-based. As in, something got detected on some mystical system the US government has, and this NOTAM was either issued automatically without a human involved in the process, or somebody hit that big red button on the wall to shut everything down while they were figuring out what was going on. This part of the theory is quite accurate, I think. The format of the text NOTAM was non-standard and very quickly typed out. None of the usual national security airspace verbage was put in there. It was It was basically just a hand-typed very short notice. The fact that this notice did not have any deconfliction information, no frequencies to contact, or any exceptions for medical aircraft is a strong indicator that this was a custom NOTAM built for something, and was probably triggered upon a certain event happening. Now, was this event a handful of cartel drones, or a man pad or was it just a personality spat between Fort Bliss and the FAA? That I don't know and I don't think the public will ever know with any certainty. So, something to keep an eye on, especially since the other NOTAM, the trapezoid-shaped one to the west of the city, that one's still active and it's going to be active for a while. So, most certainly something to keep an eye on, especially as the situation around the country gets hot and stays hot. So, that pretty much wraps us up for this week. I've run out of time today. I wanted to talk about more about you guys know how it is. I've been troubleshooting a lot of things that I've been working on over the past couple of weeks and there are just not enough hours in the day anymore to do all the things I want to do, but but that's okay. Some weeks are like that. I know the past couple of weeks have been a random assortment of world events, but that's the way it goes sometimes. So, wrapping things up with the Ghost Net Reports for this week, it was a good net all around. This week I switched up things and chose a web SDR located out in the middle of the country to try to pick up different stations exchanging information on the airwaves this week. And I got a few here and there, but not as many as I usually get on the East Coast. So, that's just the way that it works sometimes. Some of the more remote areas of the US have web SDRs and not a whole lot of people live there. So, you're not going to get a whole lot of messages. The range on HF radio is always farther than you think, but it's never far enough, is it? So, sometimes that kind of gets in the way of things, especially if you're out in the middle of nowhere like middle of the Dakotas or something like that trying to get on HF radio. You might need to choose a different frequency and different antenna arrangement, but all in all the work continues on and boy, do we have a lot of work ahead. hello again everyone and welcome back to the underground this is the Intel update for Friday the 28th of July 2023 and as usual it is being recorded on the day prior let's start out today by looking at some of the Strategic trends that I guess that's what I'm going to call it basically General topics uh that I'm keeping an eye on and that I think it would probably be a good idea to just kind of keep in the back of your mind as we move forward right up front I'll start with the intense uh UFO rhetoric that has been pervasive over the past a couple of years mostly but really it's kind of reared its ugly head anytime something is going bad for the US government UFOs suddenly uh popped back up in the news cycle as for me I think it's an interesting thought experiment I've even considered uh talking about UFOs or unexplained phenomena from a uh an Intel perspective and how we should treat these sources and and more along the lines of a Doctrine kind of thing but right now I'm really just not interested in it because I think the evidence is quite overwhelming that there's a lot of thing things that sure what we can't explain with regards to UFOs and stuff like that but I also see nothing but government chills talking about this kind of stuff right now like you know I think it's purely an information operation what we now call psyops I think it's a fairly cheesy effort and I think that it's a fairly low effort uh actually I think most people can kind of see through it or at least I hope most people most people it turns out are basically idiots but I hope that a lot of people can see through this and see oh okay there's going to be a hearing on UFOs oh it just so happens to be uh right around Hunter Biden's court date real convenient isn't it so when it comes to UFOs I despite my own you know kind of you know passive interest in that sort of thing uh right now from a professional side of things I'm basically treating this as one large information operation I'm not really interested in carrying it Forward too much even though the news cycle and Congress and the federal government and everyone is saturated with this UFO stuff I'm not interested in in kind of bringing it Forward more than just mentioning this is mostly because we've got other things to talk about like everything blowing up in the country again like I mentioned last time even though I hadn't been able to pinpoint some of these infrastructure uh incidents right uh they have continued and we've gotten quite a few more since the last briefing so I haven't been able to work back in time to kind of build out the map a little further but we'll work with what we've got and it's a pretty good amount so far and of course generally speaking the gaslighting that we have been living under for the past couple of years just continues unabated uh it's gotten really really bad and unfortunately the gaslighting is not really a long political line so much as ideological lines so uh I don't know about anyone else but from what I have seen of mainstream media sources of course you know their whole profession is gaslighting right but even among like supposedly independent journalists or conservative media sources which tend to give or which have historically given like a slightly different you know viewpoint on things uh it's like everybody's gaslighting these days Days A lot of people are doing it unintentionally like I mean good grief I've been personally wrong about a lot of things because I took in a piece of information which was a complete and utter fabrication uh and you know that's happened in the past there you know everybody's been gaslighted at some point uh but when it comes to how pervasive this stuff is man I mean you get gaslighted at your local grocery store I mean good grief it's pretty thick right now and basically every part of society is at least every part of society that I interact with uh gaslighting is most certainly a huge huge problem so with all of that in mind and of course taking everything with a giant handful of salt right let's move on to the individual regions and we'll first start off like always with the Northeast region first up in New Jersey I wanted to briefly cover the cargo ship fire that occurred a couple of weeks ago up in New Jersey this was the cargo ship Grande Costa De avorio which caught fire it was basically an entire ship dedicated to transporting Vehicles now I know what everyone's thinking and this this is part of the investigation but we officially don't know anything yet a lot of people were wondering okay maybe this is to do with electronic Vehicles lithium batteries are exceptionally flammable and they're very hard to put out and basically this entire ship a very large ship was basically a total loss and as of right now we're actually tracking another cargo vessel transporting electronic vehicles that is on fire I think it's uh right now off the Dutch Coast but I'll have to I'll have to figure that out that's kind of a developing thing I haven't been able to track down many details on that so far of course it's really hard to say we don't really know if the uh Grande Acosta devorio was carrying electric vehicles or just standard Vehicles it's really hard to say but in any case this killed two firefighters which is uh shows the severity of this fire and also how in emergency services you have a lot of crossover but there's not a whole lot of training so unfortunately the deaths of these two firefighters is probably more of a training thing because the local fire department who responded uh did actually admit that they had not undertaken shipborne fire training shipborne firefighting uh in a while so unfortunately you know emergency services are getting stretched you're stretched thin and they're being pushed beyond their limits for you know all the firings that were happened uh you know last year and uh unfortunately a lot of people getting out of the business so we're seeing a lot of new kinds of disasters occurring but also an entire basically a dumpster Fire Within the Emergency Services Community for many many reasons but we we can talk about that a little bit more in a dedicated video but while we're on the subject of fire uh let's mention the uh Construction crane fire that occurred in New York City uh which caused a fairly substantial uh event I certainly would not have wanted to be a witness to this uh basically one of those very large high-rise cranes caught fire which which led to a partial collapse no word on any injuries as far as I've seen but it looks like it was a fairly kinetic event so uh just something to keep in mind again is that we're starting to see you know one of these larger trends that we're tracking is a lot of problems within our infrastructure when it comes to our workplace accidents workplace accidents I don't know the specific data I'm sure someone does but I'm not entirely certain I would trust OSHA data at this point because they stopped tracking a lot of these kinds of incidents and people start reporting them as well but by and large what I mean is it seems like there's been an awful lot of industrial accidents lately that are legitimate accidents due to either incompetence low low maintenance uh Parts wearing out and not being swapped out enough uh stuff like that we've seen this quite a bit and it's easy to kind of point the finger and say ah it was a nefarious actor when in actuality it was mostly just incompetence and negligence I've talked about this quite a bit but for those of you who are kind of new this is one of the reasons why we want to talk about this infrastructure incidents and put a spotlight on some of these these things because some of these things are extremely nefarious and there is no reason why something should have exploded uh and there is absolutely no evidence to support any kind of mechanical failure and it looks purely deliberate wow but the media will cover it up and on the other hand some things look a little bit nefarious on the outside but when you look at them a little bit closer you see ah okay this was mostly just incompetence and the company or the government is trying to cover that up in general this is what we're seeing more often now again we suffer from a little bit of analytical bias because we're looking for these things now but at the same time we're fighting you know mainstream media which does not want to show our infrastructure crumbling we may not be able to pinpoint the reasons behind all this stuff but I can tell you even in just my local area the infrastructure is beyond crippled like it's a it's barely functional in most cases but also mostly a non-functional uh it's like living in a third world country in a lot of Rural America now unfortunately Switching gears quite significantly let's go over to Massachusetts where I would briefly wanted to mention the political targeting that uh is kind of a scandal that is coming out of the Boston mayor's office so uh mayor Michelle Wu is now in a lot of hot water for providing a Gestapo style basically like a hit list to police of all of the people that do not support her and allegedly on the list was a lot of her political Rivals as well so obviously uh details are kind of hard to come by right now on this whole incident but uh the mayor's office is pointing the finger at the police department saying that the police department requested a list of people to spy on and keep under surveillance and the police department on the other hand is saying no no this wasn't us this was all mayor's office idea this was like a miscommunication kind of thing uh but in any case just a whole list of private citizens who are political enemies uh to the Boston mayor are now under you know police surveillance right so uh this is no surprise this is actually despite how horrible this sounds this is absolutely a norm a few towns I've lived in this was pretty standard the mayor's office using the police department as their personal uh personal hit squad basically I've seen it person so this is not uncommon unfortunately uh you know we we now live in a world where this is a very common thing unfortunately but I do want to mention it because hey this is kind of the first time that mainstream media has kind of latched onto this and I thought it was kind of interesting considering the political ideology of the the Boston mayor usually these kinds of things when they're done by you know extreme leftists get get pushed under the rug but uh this one somehow made it through the cracks which I thought was kind of interesting but yeah again once again you know you have to remember we may uh complain a lot about tyrants in higher offices but more often than not you know the local local environment's a huge problem so I just wanted to make everyone aware of that moving down to the Southeast region we've got a whole lot of infrastructure problems starting off in Louisiana on July 17th uh the Dow Chemical Factory uh just outside of Baton Rouge uh caught fire and exploded now this is a very large facility uh just on the banks of the river there and they uh have not been helpful at determining what caused the explosion local media and other investigators have have complained quite a bit that Dao has not cooperated with Emergency Services they basically have handled the thing internally and of course of course of course uh Dao has stated that there's no contamination whatsoever and the air is perfectly fine despite the fact the majority of the plant caught fire and exploded this plant just in case you're wondering the section of the factory the production facility that caught fire and exploded was responsible for producing ethylene oxide which is known as a toxic industrial chemical so yeah a known carcinogen I guess is perfectly healthy according to Dow Chemical again not surprising but I thought I'd mention it moving on up to North Carolina we have a more high profile event because it involved Pfizer this was a medication production facility I guess is how I should say it that was struck by a tornado and the facility was a total loss now it's not immediately clear as to what was produced at this facility but we do do know that at least eight percent of all injectable medicine in the United States was allegedly being produced at this facility including other stuff it's really hard to say what was produced at this facility exactly of course the company's not going to tell us and you know the company's kind of sketchy history puts a lot of a lot of thoughts in our head right but I guess we'll just have to see how this impacts other medicines that uh that are being used around the country and wrapping things up with Virginia there was a liquid natural gas pipeline explosion just along uh Interstate 81 just outside of Strasbourg up there in Shenandoah County I think it's a pretty remote area the stretch of highway where the explosion occurred there's as far as memory serves me there's really nothing there uh it's there's no switching station as far as I know or or any kind of uh pumping station or or anything like that it looks just like a normal pipeline piece so I don't know if this was one of those um discoveries by Machinery kind of thing if somebody hit the pipeline I don't know it looked like based on the imagery and and uh the the journalistic photos that we've gotten I didn't look like there was anything in that area so again this is one of those things to kind of keep an eye on until we're until we know uh for sure that it was more of an accident we have to kind of treat this more of a as a uh potentially more nefarious so something to keep in mind moving over to the East Central midwestern region really we just have one kind of um I'm going to call this one an industrial accident because it does seem more accidental there was an explosion at a Winchester Factory uh just outside of St Louis which actually killed one worker uh apparently a truckload a semi truck full of shotgun primers exploded uh and devastated a good portion of that area it looks like the factory may be back online now because it's been a month or so since this but it's really hard to say because again we we very rarely get notification that hey this Factory is back online so I did want to briefly mention it for this region moving over to the West Central midwestern region just like clockwork the more remote area we move into uh the fewer details we get so uh there was an oil well explosion on the 18th of July a couple weeks ago up in Northwestern North Dakota now we have a whole lot of unknowns for this one uh the exact site of the explosion uh known don't even know which company was leasing the well but it looks like there was an explosion at some kind of Wellhead or pump or something like that nobody really knows and uh even though these events I mean they're decently common I guess uh but this one did cause a minor evacuation in the local area because it was along a road so I did want to mention that that you know hey this stuff kind of happens all the time but even though it happens all the time we still need to keep keep these events uh in the back of our minds moving down to the southwestern region boy how do I talk about this I don't think I figured it out yet I've said multiple times I've been trying to figure out a way to talk about the immigration crisis down on the southern border but uh for right now I just haven't been able to figure out how to talk about this kind of thing because it's a very well for one it's very political but it's also very surprising uh for me just my own personal background I grew up in the rural South that's where I grew up and spent most of my childhood so for me agricultural workers picking tobacco uh because I lived in a very heavily dominated uh tobacco area that was a norm and unfortunately there's a lot of stuff that you kind of learn growing up and it doesn't become strange to you um so when you see immigrants from you know Mexico uh being sent all around the United States to these places where they're not exactly used to people fresh off the boat so to speak it kind of is it's kind of interesting to see how people react to that sort of thing because for me it's just a norm uh for me it's it's um not a pleasant memory I have uh I will say that but it's something that's fairly common uh people don't necessarily understand what you know like I lived I think a quarter mile from a migrant Camp a very large migrant Camp had about 500 uh illegals working at it uh living there that whole facility it was really just an old farmhouse that somebody had converted to to put about 50 people per room and uh yeah it's pretty rough uh so there's a lot of cultural things that come out and it's very hard to talk about it unless you've experienced it now everybody down there in this area I know you guys know what I'm talking about but for a lot of people like say in New York City who are just you know aghast at seeing uh some of the things they're seeing at a lot of these uh I guess I guess they're calling them refugee camps or Refugee uh encampments places where they're sending all these migrants all over the United States so yeah as bad as it sounds to kind of say and how and and how carefully I'm trying to talk around this sort of thing uh we saw the same exact thing with Afghanistan right we saw the whole Afghanistan crisis we put a lot of you know Afghans on planes and brought them here to the United States and set them up shop and in a tent city uh at Fort Bliss in El Paso and we wonder why we have some of the problems that we have you know when you've got an Afghan guy who lied about being a senior Taliban commander and he gets on the plane and he's now in El Paso what do you do you know likewise with a guy who says oh you know these are all my my kids you know and they get on the plane and they end up in El Paso and you find out that some you know 60 year old guy has a six-year-old wife you know what do you do with that sort of thing it's not exactly an easy problem set to work through and I think the majority of America that is not familiar with a lot of these problems uh are now finding out uh what happens when you've got this kind of thing happening so I'll just kind of live it leave it at that I'm sorry that I'm having to tip to around it uh so much I just really don't want to paint this incorrectly I want to be as accurate as possible when describing the immigration crisis uh and it is a crisis this is a very serious problem and there's almost nothing that can be done about it unfortunately at least by the average citizen it does point we're seeing a lot of problems with this and I don't really know how to uh to get at the issue because again it's one of those things where we're barely allowed to even talk about it in the first place and even then we've got a tip to around it just so that we don't get on some list I get taken out um so yeah I think we'll just leave it there and move on to the West uh so the only thing I have for the West is in California an interesting rather interesting domestic spying case uh and this you can read more about it if you want you can research it because it's kind of gotten a little bit more mainstream media coverage because of how interesting this is but The Story Goes that a man in California lost his homeowners insurance policy uh reportedly again all of this is reportedly allegedly so take it with a giant grain of salt right uh because he had clutter in his yard and when he contacted the insurance company to figure out why his policy why he got a letter saying his policy had been uh just canceled outright with no uh attempt to mitigate stuff or whatever they just said hey your your policy is canceled because you've got clutter in your yard which is a risk for us when he tried to contact the insurance company for clarification they said oh yeah yeah we sent a drone over your house and uh we got some drone imagery of the clutter in your yard so he of course like I think most people would uh freaked out quite a bit and started digging a little bit further escalated the issue ended up talking to a lot more senior people at the company which then started backtracking quite a bit uh the company then started uh retracting these claims saying oh no no we didn't use a drone we used uh commercial satellite imagery in any case uh it looks really really sketchy and personally based on the details that look you know what's most likely I think they probably did send a drone over his his property some kind of quadcopter or something so yeah this is kind of an interesting case whether it's true or not is Up For Debate I will admit that uh but it's not necessarily something that's out of the realm of possibility uh we have seen this quite a lot insurance policies have been been canceled so often in this country for various different reasons you know remember we cannot forget what happened quite literally like last year you know people getting their bank accounts shut off uh because they had the audacity to donate five dollars to a charity you know but it was the wrong charity the unapproved government charity right so they lost their money when you've got you know politicians in the UK being locked out of all financial institutions that's a problem that's quite pervasive now you know uh so getting locked out of finances getting your insurance policies canceled uh getting memberships canceled subscriptions canceled uh this is a very very common thing uh I don't know if I would call it a Norm just yet uh but it's definitely a norm if you have a certain political ideology and by that I mean you oppose literally anything that world Elise wants you to to go along with right this kind of goes back to the whole gaslighting thing I mentioned like oh we're not spying on you uh that's around right-wing conspiracy theorists we're not spying on you to oh yeah we're spying on you and it's a good thing uh that's that's how it works right so yeah it's fairly depressing to think about uh and I really don't like to think about it because there's really not much you can do about it uh you really have to live a very very difficult lifestyle trust me on this uh you have to live a very very difficult and very hard lifestyle uh just to get the tiniest bit of privacy anymore so yeah uh things are um I would say very challenging uh very challenging in the world today I'm going to go ahead and skip over the international events because uh I am still trying to figure out what the game is uh specifically with a lot of things going on for instance the the unrest in Israel I don't like to cover uh Israeli incidents because anything to do with Israel is a lightning rod topic like I've mentioned in the past and there's just no winning even though it's patently obvious as to what's going on uh it just doesn't do very well to kind of get knee deep in these topics there's just no winning right for now I just kind of wanted to clear the plate on the US and I get a lot of these domestic incidents uh documented if nothing more than for posterity's sake I think that ends up being the goal of most of these briefings is just to serve as a record of saying hey yeah we knew at the time uh what was going on and uh it happened anyway so that happens a lot a lot of times I think a lot of us are kind of in the mode of uh recording things simply for posterity's sake at this point I'm definitely in that in that mode kind of getting a lot of educational stuff pushed out but yeah hello again everyone and welcome back to the underground this is the briefing for friday the 24th of september 2021 and it is being recorded the day prior on the 23rd of september just a quick note before we get going uh we've noticed that for some reason youtube is now recommending these videos to people who have never even heard of us before even though we've been doing these intel briefings for quite a while now so for those of you who aren't aware of who we are and what we do and stuff like that you can check out the rest of our channel and kind of get a feel for what we do but when it comes to specifically these types of briefings a good distinction to make is the difference between intelligence and journalism so what we're doing here is not journalism even though a lot of times if we don't have an analysis we'll take the journalistic approach and just tell you what happened but if you're looking to see the difference between what we do here and what journalism is uh check out our brief from the 12th of september and that should give you a good uh just just the first few minutes of that video should give you a good understanding of how and why we're approaching things the way we are so welcome to everyone who is new and thank you for watching and let's get right to it with the weather for the next 12 hours most of the significant weather in the country is going to be in new england the northeastern states are going to get hammered with all different kinds of weather systems as they stack up and create all kinds of turbulence and things like that again we have specific reasons why we're talking about this kind of weather just to get people in the mindset of seeing it because because weather is a huge part of intelligence as a whole so like i mentioned most of the american northeast is going to have very low cloud ceilings cloud layers that are very thick and very low to the ground which means that it's going to be very bad for any kind of visual surveillance either with normal electro-optical sensors or flear-type sensors again if there was anything right again not saying that there is i'm just saying that that would be a good idea to get in the mindset of understanding and like i mentioned really throughout the rest of the country for the next 18 hours pushing out that far again some of the mid-atlantic coastal regions right there are going to have a lot of significant cloud layers all the way from very low levels all the way up to the very highest levels of the atmosphere so that's going to be a huge barrier for any kind of surveillance again if it were there we're also going to see some pretty significant cloud decks over the dakotas and other parts of the midwest mostly along the northern border there as well as off the california coast and parts of florida moving into no tams actually it's been kind of interesting for no tams there's one specific one that's very interesting i'll go ahead and skip over it for now and go right to number two uh the other the only other one that to be of note is one that hasn't gone hot yet uh it is for camp david so of course for those of you who don't know uh pretty much every single weekend that we've been following president biden takes a vacation trip to either his home or to camp david it looks like this weekend it's going to be to camp david um it hasn't been announced to be the white house yet but the no tam's there so it's most likely going to occur and for the one that's really interesting is the one for new york so for those of you who don't know the united nations general assembly is convening at the un headquarters in new york and they have a couple of no tams set up to prevent aircraft from from getting near those proceedings and a couple of days ago uh there was an incident in which a small uh light cessna aircraft got close to the general assembly no tam area now here's the interesting part the aircraft is actually a west point aircraft it's one of the cessnas they use for uh teaching classes in this case it was an engineering class that went on was just following the river down just to be a part of the curriculum there there's no sensors on board it has nothing to do with any kind of surveillance we've we've researched this aircraft this particular airframe quite heavily it's just a teaching aid but it's interesting because everyone a lot of media sites are saying that they breached the airspace well they actually didn't they didn't even come close so here is a map of the the area it shows the united nations headquarters right there of course the no tamp is not centered over the unhq just for opsec reasons the faa does not put the no tam directly over the building that they're trying to keep people away from but everybody knows where the un headquarters is it's a very prominent building on the skyline there so that's where it's located and those two rings depict the two different no tams and this depicts the flight of the aircrafts as you can see it flew south along the river and then turned around once it got to the george washington bridge he got turned around because he got intercepted by f-16s as part of you know our national defense strategy and things like that so a lot of people are saying that hey this aircraft you know temporarily breached the airspace well we can't find where it did uh unless we are unless we're missing something or some kind of no town popped up that we didn't see they didn't even come close sure it makes sense as to why the f-16s and the military would scramble to intercept a small plane like that especially if it wasn't a pre-pre-filed flight plan but also like these guys didn't really get close they didn't breach the airspace they got close so again it's kind of interesting that to see like how this stuff shakes out and everything but it also goes to show that you don't have to necessarily be within a no-tam to have an f-16 off your wing which is interesting to take note so that's why i wanted to talk about it today so let's move into the civil unrest forecast really no major changes the only one i did want to briefly mention is new york city uh they're we're starting to see a lot of cultural changes when it comes to the medical mandates in the city particularly the medical passports so we're starting to see blm as an organization get spun up to oppose medical passports due to their organ that organization's concerns and sort of social issues right so blm saying that it's a social issue now and we're starting to see that get off the ground i'm not entirely sure how that's going to go down there was a big incident at a restaurant in new york city you can look up for yourself but there was a big incident there where a restaurant hostess you know requested to see someone's passport and they took it racially and there was a big fight you could see the video i can't share the video here of course because we'll get censored but um i don't really really talk so much about that specific incident but i just wanted to highlight briefly that we might be starting to see new york city specifically since the mandates are so harsh there when it comes to dining dining facilities we might start seeing new york city be a point of solidification for a lot of these resistance efforts and we might start seeing these resistance efforts come from groups that don't normally we wouldn't think to see right if that makes sense but we can talk a little bit about that later but let's push into logistics and really just a quick rundown of the shortages from last time really there have been shortages of school bus drivers in a lot of states water shortage out west is continuing that's just an enduring thing that's going to be able to slide until until the winter gets in and we start seeing the water levels rise again also microchip shortage getting worse by the day more and more auto manufacturers are coming out and saying they're shutting down plants or they're reducing hours or they're discontinuing vehicles and really the only two new additions for this cycle this brief uh is uh in north carolina specifically winston-salem the town of winston-salem has declared they have a bus driver shortage for public transit and they have shut down 14 different bus routes as a result of this now i didn't want to highlight i didn't really drill down into each specific state in every little local newspaper this one just happened to get picked up by a larger source but i have seen just scrolling around the internet for a little bit a lot of different other cities and localities reporting the same thing so even though we only have the icon for north carolina that's the only place we can you know say hey there's tangible shortages causing routes to be canceled this is affecting other states as well i would probably venture to guess that the public transit bus driver shortage is very similar to the school bus driver shortage it's a similar idea behind it and also when it comes to the state of iowa i did want to point out uh grains so i'm going to talk about this more on the critical infrastructure slide but i did just want to point out that there has been a cyber attack that has that is going to potentially affect as much as 40 percent of the nation's grain supply so i'll touch on that here in just a second but i just wanted to highlight that's that's what we've got going on for the logistics map for this time so moving to the critical infrastructure concerns uh really the first one there is kind of the odd man out i didn't want to i don't know where else to put it so chantix the drug chantix has been recalled by pfizer because it turns out it may have chemicals in it that cause cancer so that has been recalled the recalls are widening with every day that goes by and yeah it's just one more thing to to be aware of because it's a pretty widely used smoking cessation drug and switching gears there to number two the port of los angeles is currently facing severe severe congestion as you can see by the image here there are a lot of ships waiting to offload cargo in the los angeles port region with some ships waiting an average of eight days or so to unload their cargo actually we can see if we pull up the recent report by the port of los angeles we can see that they are most certainly over capacity when it comes to the amounts of cargo that they're processing so for those that don't understand why this port is being congested it's really due to things like social distancing equipment cleaning daily screenings of staff this eats up a lot of time and the extremely strict social distancing rules that the port of los angeles has instituted for all their workers have resulted in a lot of inefficiencies right they're just not able to work as fast uh or or as uh widespread right so this is combined with an increase in demand for overseas goods results in a lot of delays a lot of people who don't quite understand how various logistical networks here function in the us might say something like well i don't see how demand could be up wouldn't it go back to the same level that it was before the lockdowns and the answer that is no firstly demand is always going steadily up all the time even if it's going up just a little bit it demand for things is for consumer goods is really never going down that much even if demand goes down due to an external factor like lockdowns right that demand is not going to go back to where it was before the lockdowns it's going to go to the level that it would have been at had the lockdowns not happened if that makes sense also during the lockdowns last year a lot of people and companies specifically put off things like unnecessary expenditures or repairs stuff that wasn't really an emergency because of well one social distancing rules closing stores but also the reduced income that almost every business suffered from they just didn't have the money to do repairs and and expand their businesses right well now that things are picking back up the demand for a steady stream of logistics is skyrocketing demand which our infrastructure cannot handle thus the delays moving to number three this is a developing situation that uh where we just became aware of uh this morning or actually last night the data management company really it's a an agricultural co-op an agricultural cooperative called new cooperative or any w cooperative was hit with a cyber attack that was conducted allegedly by the group dark matter which is significantly threatening the u.s food supply because the software systems that this group uses this co-op uses affects dozens of different farmers throughout the state of iowa but really it affects a lot of people beyond their borders as well because this software is used and responsible for managing the various agricultural systems of roughly 40 percent of farmers that produce our national grain supply so this is kind of a shocker this is one of those things where it's really hard to research we can't really confirm uh if this 40 of the national grain supply is is is in like direct harm really here are the things that dark matters is trying to uh trying to extort you can see the list right there just financial information all kinds of internal employee documents and things like that so it's not necessarily a it's a ransomware attack so they're holding their data hostage but they can't access it right so that's a problem because even though it's a ransomware attack you think okay well how can leaking some employee documents you know damage national security well if these farmers can't use if this co-op can't use its software and the farmers that use their software can't use it then that's a huge problem so these screenshots were leaked by a cyber security group that is working the issue and in which case this is a communication between the uh hackers and the actual company the cooperative as you can see it doesn't look to be super great so like i mentioned on our logistics slide this could have some very very very serious impacts as we move forward into the winter when it when it comes to our national food supply now i don't want to you know scream the sky is falling just quite yet uh we don't know how this is all going to work out they could pay the fine like the fbi has been encouraging companies to do and just you know they're they're uh i think the the ransom is up to 5. 5.9 million or something like that it's changed a couple of times that's why i can't remember the actual dollar amount they're asking but it's not an insignificant amount but yeah the longer that this goes on the larger impact this is going to have also this highlights every single one of these high these cyber attacks that happens highlights to us the feeling of really every time i get one of these in my inbox i think wait a minute this wasn't compartmentalized like wait a minute this this can happen in the first place so yeah even for people like us who have been following the national security and national defense infrastructure kind of field you know that boring stuff that nobody likes to track like you know nuclear security grain style security you know the security of water plant water purification plants and stuff like that even though we've been following this for a while now it never ceases to amaze us how backwards things are when it comes to vulnerabilities the fact that this kind of stuff can happen the fact that you can simply hack a company which manages software for all different kinds of agricultural ventures and it just so happens that they have merged so many times that they're now a significant portion of our national food supply yeah it seems like nobody was really thinking about this from the cyber security realm which is a lesson that not a lot of industries are learning right now even though they should be and sort of in a similar vein it has become public knowledge that the fbi secretly had the decryption key for the ransomware attack that was launched against the cassia group back in july this was the cyber attack that took as many as 1500 businesses that defined as critical infrastructure offline well it turns out that the fbi had the decryption key very early on during the several weeks long cyber attack and chose not to release it to the victims which many cyber security experts say was a very poor move understandably in the world of law enforcement to catch the bad guys deception is required and sometimes things need to be done that seem counterproductive like withholding a password right but in the end will result in capturing the culprits however cyber security experts say that this is not what happened at all eric krohn of the cyber security firm know before stated that quote the fbi had the means and ability to assist by simply sharing a digital key but chose not to a decision that had no bearing on the activity from the revel group and gained them nothing in return this was not a case of the fbi being unable to help due to a lack of staffing or any other reason but the simple sharing of a digital key to the victim organizations end quote now i do want to touch on what everyone is thinking this is one of those gut level assessments that has absolutely no solid evidence to support it but anyone who is aware of what the fbi does and what they've been up to the past few years and how political that particular agency has become at the senior levels it's a gut assessment to think all right the fbi had the key because they're probably in on it somehow again nobody is going to have enough proof to say that this was the case and this is one of those ideas that can be easily legitimately explained away because if the fbi was doing their job like if they were doing good and they were doing their job of course they would have the key like who else would you expect to have it the guy running the hot dog cart outside no the exact same people within the fbi that have the capabilities to launch this attack or collaborate with the attackers are also the exact same people that we should expect to have the decryption key by doing their job and tackling the bad guys so it's a really tough thing to go down the rabbit hole on because of the nature of this relationship so again i did just want to point out this line of thinking because we know a lot of people are thinking it and even we ourselves don't have enough information to make an assessment either way and honestly at the end of the day for the average american it doesn't really matter who committed these cyber attacks a russian hacking group or the fbi themselves it doesn't really matter because both groups have pretty much the same likelihood of being prosecuted which is zero so really we're not so much concerned with the finger pointing as we are concerned about the impact to the average american and all of these cyber attacks highlight just how vulnerable that average american really is moving forward into significant governmental actions uh first one being what's being called fedfest 21 on a lot of social media this was the justice for j6 rally which even people like donald trump said was a setup i find it hard to believe that federal agents are that bad at being undercover but a lot of the photos that have been circulating around you know of people that i don't know if they're federal agents or not but they seem to be very uh very sketchy like you can look at this person they they look everyone who was there at the protest looked like either a reporter or an undercover cop so um very interesting and it just turns out that there was one guy who was detained for having a weapon on him and it turned out he was an undercover undercover agent so there you go on that very interesting moving on to number two this is one of those headlines that's so scary sounding that you have to research it to find out if it's real or not but it's definitely real researchers are trying to figure out ways to use plants specifically plants like lettuce to grow mrna medical substances you know that magic you know v word we can't say on youtube that a person would just eat instead of taking a shot in the arm again this is one of those headlines that's so dystopian sounding that you just want to scream because we can clearly see the path this will take but to keep things in perspective remember it took forever to develop the shots that we already have and just look at their effectiveness right and also this is a long shot a lot of people look at a university and they see the funding they're getting for researching stuff and they they go into panic mode because they don't quite understand how long research takes now of course we can go down the rabbit hole of of realizing that not a whole lot of true research is done these days and a lot of stuff is rushed but this will still take years to do we're talking about something that has never been done before and it's a lot easier than just manufacturing some kind of substance we're talking about getting a plant to grow it that's a little a little bit different a little bit more difficult so yeah this is going to take years and a half a million dollars which is the size of the grant that the national science foundation gave for this research that's just a drop in the bucket when it comes to the funding that's going to be required for this kind of technology if it's even possible so to give as many perspectives as possible this could just be a case of a researcher who needs to publish research and chose this research area because it's politically motivated and it's a great way to get money to buy shiny new lab equipment and at the same time publish research that won't be held to the same standards as other research because science right concerning this topic cannot be questioned under the current political narrative that has taken root in the medical and science field so again we don't know what this is it could be extremely nefarious it could not be that nefarious or it might not be that much of a legitimate concern but i just wanted to point it out because this is the kind of stuff that we're keeping an eye on moving on to number three what's being known as the fbi safe deposit box theft the fbi is just now starting to dig itself out of a hole they dug with a raid they conducted back in march so the fbi raided a private safe deposit box company called u.s private vaults which is located in beverly hills only accusations of conspiracies to break federal laws during this raid they opened and seized the contents of over 396 safe deposit boxes but here's the deal the attorneys for the people whose property was taken states that the warrant for that search specifically prohibited the fbi from opening safe deposit boxes the warrant was just to search the business headquarters and had nothing to do with the safe deposit boxes so it seems like it was more or less illegitimate right to start with and once the fbi realized their either mistake or intentional theft once they realized that these people had not committed any crimes whatsoever they still petitioned the courts to be able to keep the money that they themselves admitted was illegally seized so several federal judges throughout california have gotten involved with this over the past few months and have ruled against the fbi at every step so the fbi has been trying to cover up this scandal by stating that they will immediately return the property that they stole but they have been slow about doing it several of the victims have reported that the fbi says they're going to return their property and the money but they haven't yet which is in clear violation of several court orders at this point moving on to number four with the duchonomy card i'm not sure how you pronounce it or not but this is uh again something that is rapidly concerning if you just read the headline and you don't do any research but this is a relatively new credit card company which was only started up a couple of years ago and it didn't get much traction then because it's definitely a radical idea so here's what it is the idea behind this credit card is that the company that issues it will track your purchases and compare everything you buy once they notice a charge on the card they will compare that to a database of carbon emissions for each of each item that you buy which is then converted to a sort of points system and when you hit your limit when you use up your carbon points you can't use that card anymore they will shut it off as of right now this card is completely voluntary and the kind of the main selling point for this card is that it is a good virtue signaling platform and a great way for people to quite literally put their money where their mouth is when it comes to climate change now also chances are if you're even watching this video in the first place you can probably guess what our assessment of this is going to be this card is also obviously a great way to influence culture and promote a kind of social credit system which even though it's kind of a voluntary thing right now it's pretty obvious that this would be an outstanding tool used to control people at you know years down the line or months down the line however long it takes right and if we look back in time since banks like bank of america and citigroup have already been observed to be collaborating with the federal government to try to report customers gun purchases to federal authorities which is a reference to a scandal from a few years ago this is not a huge leap to assess that this kind of thing will become a problem in the very near future started out as a voluntary virtue signaling thing and then and then start offering incentives to keep people engaging with these financial institutions until they get enough of a foothold in the political leadership's pockets to mandate these restrictions yeah that's quite the rabbit hole to go down but looking at things from a strategic view like looking at the way the world is going years down the road this kind of economic warfare will certainly gain a lot of traction over the next few years again we don't think that visa is going to cut off anyone's credit card tomorrow when they try to buy one too many lattes but this is absolutely something that is desperately important to keep an eye on but it's such a boring topic that most people simply won't and then number five facebook is back in the news again uh because they are launching a multi-platform effort to improve their poor public image specifically the image of mark zuckerberg this program is called project amplify this program was personally approved by zuckerberg back in january and involves using facebook's algorithms and their censorship tools to push more pro facebook posts to everyone's feed so essentially what this is is facebook pushing propaganda about itself in everyone's news feeds so that people get a better image of facebook to us this is really just even more proof that facebook is becoming increasingly more open about their politics and their censorship which is interesting if you look at it from an analytical standpoint facebook has had dozens of scandals over the past year alone that would have been enough to sink any other company but since they control a huge portion of the information flowing to everyday americans people don't see it they don't see the shelved reports or the white house overtly stating that they are ordering facebook to remove certain posts or the now blatant censorship efforts which sound crazy i will admit but it's freely available and openly admitted to by facebook so yeah social media proves once again how much control it has over the flow of information in the world moving on to the k through 12 mask mandate tracker uh so really the biggest changes uh this week are the kind of walking back of the mask mandate bans for a few states so for instance texas the texas supreme court they declined to enforce the mask mandate ban so if an entity in texas like a public school district wanted to mandate masks for public school attendance the supreme court would say yeah that's that's fine so texas has taken a step back so we've created an additional category for their mass mandates being overturned and also the states of arkansas iowa and florida in those states a federal judge has temporarily blocked the mask mandate ban so it's not that they're mandating masks is that that they are banning the ban if that makes sense this is really confusing stuff moving on to the actual jab mandates really there's only one school district in the united states that is still that is that is mandating the jab for their students and that is in the los angeles area so just went ahead and colored the whole state of california red because if they're going if california as a state is going to allow that to happen in one of their school districts we're guessing that it's going to happen very quickly and others as well then moving on to the actual resistance tracker itself so this was what i briefed last time and this is uh these are the updates for now so compared to last time we have we have a pretty good idea as to how each state's government and state level enforcement agencies will go when it comes to medical mandates again this map is not perfect by any means it's not as hard and fast as it might seem right it is solely meant to depict based on all of the information that we have seen where we think the medical resistance hot spots are when it comes to state level enforcement attempts for nebraska for instance i have no idea what's going on with state level leadership and here's what i mean this is an excerpt from a statement posted by governor pete ricketts in which he urges people to get the jab but in the exact same statement there are several paragraphs that undermine the shot and talk about how it was rushed into production and the mistrust on the federal level maybe i'm reading into this too much or not enough i i don't know but you can read the confusing and seemingly contradictory statement yourself the link is in the sources at the end of this but it seems that some states are pro-jab but anti-jab mandate and even within that category there are states that seem to be anti-mandate but only because the federal government beat them to the punch and the mandate isn't their mandate so i honestly don't know what to make of states like nebraska when it comes to the likelihood of resistance efforts being allowed to grow by state level leadership again we've got a pretty good idea as to what the citizens of nebraska think but when it comes to enforcement agencies specifically the way this working out is still it's still disconcerting similar situation in idaho i've changed it back from red to orange in the wake of more politicians at the state level organizing a bit better but the governor is extremely still pro-jab and he has been doing everything he can to promote it to include striking down a mass mandate ban that the lieutenant governor put forward so clearly idaho is again one of those weird situations where they recently announced that they might be suing biden but when it comes to state level government and specifically any potential enforcement agencies it's a very hesitant resistance that we have little faith in actually being substantial or reliable in the long term and moving on to international issues so first up is kosovo so border guards in kosovo have started removing serbian license plates from vehicles entering kosovo stating that they are not recognized as being official this is increased tensions in the region as the serbs have started protesting holding up traffic and the like right now serbia and kosovo are in talks to calm down the situation diplomatically and as far as why this is worthy of mention this is really just a minor diplomatic spat but due to the history between these nations and a significant us military presence in kosovo it's worth keeping an eye on up next is the united kingdom so bp has announced that they are having to ration gasoline and diesel for their gas stations in the uk due to the intense driver shortage that is resulting in not enough people to drive their fuel trucks so this is not exactly a shortage of fuel there's plenty of fuel it's just there's a shortage of drivers that is resulting in a shortage of fuel again this highlights the importance of boring stuff like logistics and how the slightest seemingly minor problem can snowball to result in widespread disruptions in vastly different areas up next is taiwan so this past week has seen an increase in chinese aircraft being flown into taiwan's air defense identification or interdiction zone for those that do not understand what this means china likes to assert their dominance over taiwan by flying their aircraft kind of near taiwan's airspace this gets really complicated when we start to define what airspace actually means like are we talking an economic exclusion zone are we talking about a national defense zone you know which airspace are we talking about and other diplomatic stuff like that but just know that china frequently does this actually many other nations do this as well like the us and russia frequently do this to each other but this week the massive interdiction by over two dozen aircraft is almost certainly in response to taiwan formally requesting a bid to join the cptpp trade agreement which china does not like moving on to australia so the resistance efforts to their lockdowns and passport controls and things like that are is definitely heating up in australia as the demonstrations continue uh throughout this week when it comes to the actual videos we're seeing we are seeing a trend anyone who has a pair of eyes can clearly see the trend that while yes it is easy to doctor videos or crop videos in such a way as to paint the australian police and military in a in a not good light what is plain to see despite uh the fact that this can happen is that we're definitely noticing that australian defense forces and police forces are becoming a lot more violent uh in their response as the unrest grows so we're starting to see things that are really really dystopian when it comes to an american perspective of things and uh clearly many australians agree that that it is in fact quite dystopian so the unrest is continuing it will likely continue as long as government forces continue to force the mandates and then finally moving on to lithuania this is an interesting one so the national cyber security center which is nestled underneath the lithuanian ministry of national defense has conducted an in-depth study of smartphones that are made by three of the most well-known chinese smartphone manufacturers these studies are indicating that the phones will censor themselves for instance there are several words and phrases that are blacklisted and are not allowed to be seen by the user so if you try to read an article or an email or download an app that has these words and phrases anywhere on it the phone will actually not allow this content to be seen or downloaded by the user and this image here on your screen is just a part of that full list of terms and phrases so so yeah we encourage you to take a look at that full report because it's very fascinating to read a lot of these chinese technological devices just having built-in censorship tools at their coded into them at the software level which is very interesting how they're doing this and considering that companies like huawei which is one of the ones that is uh actually named in their report is one of the biggest culprits of this censorship and considering that huawei was just recently given permission by the us government as we revealed last time that us by administration has given permission for them to import computer chips uh semiconductor uh chips in a time of global shortage now this gets a little bit more interesting now doesn't it so something to keep an eye on uh again i think that it's probably common sense for people out there if if you're looking for a burner phone and if you value anything uh anything like privacy you're probably going to avoid a chinese state-sponsored company but it's very interesting to actually see a european nation starting to talk about this stuff so fascinating stuff all around so that's pretty much all i've got for today i know kind of a short day today but we're probably
