4. A determination or estimation of the target’s window of vulnerability
frames the timeliness required for prosecution and affects the required prioritization of assets
and risk assessment.
5. Output of the fix step:
a. Positive identification.
b. Target location accuracy refined to level required for target
engagement.
c. Determination or estimation of target time characteristics.
(c) Step 3—Track
1. During this step, the target is observed, and its activity and movement
are monitored (see Figure II-14).
