Disaster recovery efforts underway throughout the American south.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -National Events- PA: Chemical spill in Bucks county prompts officials to advise drinking only bottled water throughout Philadelphia. The Trinseo Altuglas chemical facility in Bristol spilled over 8,000 gallons of latex finishing solution into the Delaware river. Official reporting is contradictory; officials state that the spill is no hazard, but simultaneously recommend drinking bottled water. IL: Train derailment in Franklin Park. No other information at this time. CO: Minor train derailment in La Junta. No other information at this time. MS: Recovery efforts continue following devastating tornados. At present, the town of Rolling Fork has been almost completely destroyed, with very few structures still standing. Follow-on analysis indicates that an EF4 tornado caused the majority of damage. Severe weather continues to be on the horizon for the next few days, strongly indicating that those in the affected areas are not out of the woods just yet. -International Events- Israel: Mass protests/riots continue following opposition to Netanyahu's judicial reform plans.
