Collection plans based on the JIPOE. 3. The find step involves intelligence collection based on JIPOE. Traditional ISR, nontraditional ISR such as aircraft targeting pods and radar warning receiver indications, and special operations forces (SOF) may provide initial detection of a potential target for both deliberate and dynamic targeting.
