Finding and smuggling militants into the joint operations area who are willing to be messengers, emplacers, or suicide bombers. Surveillance Watching multinational and U.S. forces for target selection opportunities and viability of locations. Surveillance also verifies or denies timelines, friendly and enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures. Training Willing or coerced people are evaluated and trained to act in other nodes. FOUO
